Shipping and Return Policy
Domestic Shipping Policies:
Our products typically ship UPS ground or Fedex ground. If product or product packaging arrives damaged, please inspect product and only sign for product which is undamaged. If product arrives damaged, please note damage on receiving document and contact us. Please be sure to report any shortage claims within 10 days of receiving product.
Domestic Return Policies:
If you need to return a product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving product. Call us at 360-989-0960 or email sales for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and return address. The RMA# allows us to process a credit back to your credit card when the product is received back. Buyer is responsible for return freight on items unless product is defective. Items must be returned in new condition, in saleable form and in original packaging with all items included. Products that have been used are not returnable. Please provide us with a shipping tracking number once product is shipped back to us. This will enable us to process your credit faster. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned product must be returned to us within 10 business days of RMA issue date.
